How does the 200% Guarantee work?

If your property manager or landlord points out any area that doesn't pass inspection, we will return within 24 hours to re-clean it for free. If they are still unsatisfied, we will refund your money AND pay a local competitor of your choice to fix it. We absorb 100% of the risk.

Do I need to be present for the cleaning?

No. Most of our clients leave a lockbox or door code. Our team arrives, executes the checklist, and sends you final photos when the job is complete so you can focus on moving.

Do you clean inside the appliances?

Yes, for all Move-In/Move-Out cleans, deep cleaning of the interior of the oven, refrigerator, and microwave is standard. We also pull them out (if movable) to clean behind them.

Can I schedule recurring cleanings?

Absolutely. While we specialize in heavy-duty "Inspection-Grade" turnovers, many of our clients want to keep that level of cleanliness year-round. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly standard maintenance cleanings to keep your home pristine.

What is the difference between a Move-Out Clean and a Standard/Basic Clean?

Move-Out cleans are intensive restoration projects targeting deep grime, baseboards, and inside appliances to secure a deposit. Our Standard Recurring Clean focuses on maintaining a high level of daily hygiene—thorough dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and complete sanitization of kitchens and bathrooms for occupied homes.

The 200% Guarantee: Our 200% Guarantee applies exclusively to Move-In and Move-Out cleans. If your landlord or property manager identifies specific areas that do not pass inspection within 48 hours of service completion, we will return to re-clean those specific areas at no additional charge. If the areas still fail inspection after our return, we will refund the cost of your clean and pay up to the original invoice amount to a licensed competitor of your choice to resolve the issue.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
SMS & Text Messaging Terms: By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Inspection Grade Cleaning regarding appointments, quotes, customer service replies, and occasional promotions. Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP". We will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
