Inspection-Grade Cleaning Messaging

When users opt in, they will receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates after interacting with our company.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The data we collect is used solely for the purpose of delivering the services you have requested and for communication related to those services. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to any third parties. Your data will only be used in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected and in compliance with applicable privacy laws. (Note: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.)

4. Opt-In Communication We will only contact you in relation to the services you have opted in for. By agreeing to our Terms of Service, you consent to receive communications related to your request or service. If you wish to withdraw your consent or opt-out of future communications, you may do so at any time by contacting us.

Our communication practices comply with the A2P 10DLC regulations. We ensure that all messaging is carried out in accordance with the guidelines and requirements set forth by the regulations.

2. THE RESULT-STANDARD GUARANTEE > Inspection Grade Cleaning guarantees that every service will be executed according to our rigorous, multi-point master checklists.

We restore properties to a specific professional standard. If any area included in your booked service tier does not meet that standard, notify us within 24 hours, and we will dispatch a technician to rectify it for free.

3. SERVICE TIER DEFINITIONS > To ensure clarity, our services are categorized into three distinct levels:

Tier 1: "Inspection-Grade" Restoration (Move-Out / Move-In): Our most intensive service designed for empty units. Includes deep cleaning the interior of all appliances, cabinetry/drawers, and aggressive detailing of window tracks and baseboards.

Tier 2: Residential Deep Reset: Designed for lived-in (furnished) homes. Focuses on heavy degreasing of kitchen exteriors, intensive bathroom descaling, and a top-to-bottom detail of all accessible surfaces and trim.

Tier 3: Maintain The Grade (Standard Clean): Focuses on sanitizing high-traffic touchpoints, floor maintenance, and surface polishing.

4. FLAT-RATE PROJECT PRICING > We price strictly by the project to guarantee a result, not an hourly rate.

You are purchasing our "Inspection-Grade" standard, not our time. Our technicians stay until the Master Checklist is complete. We do not offer partial refunds if a highly efficient technician completes the project faster than an industry average.

5. UTILITIES POLICY > Electricity and running water MUST be turned on and fully functional.

If our technicians arrive and utilities are shut off, the appointment is canceled, and the $50 non-refundable deposit is forfeited.

6. LIABILITY & PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE > We are not liable for pre-existing damage (e.g., scratched glass, cracked stovetops, broken blinds, or permanent carpet stains).

Our technicians perform a "Liability Shield" audit upon arrival to document these conditions. We are not responsible for damage resulting from the normal cleaning of aged, brittle, or improperly installed fixtures.

7. ACCESS & PREPARATION > * Access: Client must provide a lockbox code, hidden key, or be present at the start time.

Prep (Tier 1): For Move-Outs, the unit must be empty of furniture and major trash. If furniture remains, we will clean around it, but cannot guarantee results for obstructed areas.

8. PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS > A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards and verified digital payments. We require 24 hours' notice for rescheduling; otherwise, the deposit is forfeited.

9. THE HAZARD & HOARDING PROTOCOL > We do not service properties containing biohazards (animal or human waste, severe mold, blood), active pest infestations, or extreme hoarding conditions.

If our technician arrives and deems the environment unsafe or unsanitary beyond standard restoration parameters, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the service and retain the $50 deposit as a dispatch fee.
