Inspection Grade guarantees that every property and vehicle service will be executed according to our rigorous, multi-point master checklists. We restore properties and vehicles to a specific professional standard. If any area included in your booked service tier does not meet that standard, notify us within 24 hours, and we will dispatch a technician to rectify it for free.

Property Cleaning Tiers:
Tier 1: "Inspection-Grade" Restoration (Move-Out / Move-In): Intensive service for empty units. Includes deep cleaning appliances, cabinetry, window tracks, and baseboards.
Tier 2: Residential Deep Reset: Designed for lived-in homes. Focuses on heavy degreasing, bathroom descaling, and top-to-bottom detail of accessible surfaces.
Tier 3: Maintain The Grade: Focuses on sanitizing high-traffic touchpoints, floor maintenance, and surface polishing.
White Glove Move-In Service:(Inspection Grade-Asset Transition:
A premium, specialized concierge transition service offering three distinct luxury packages, ensuring the property is flawlessly detailed, sanitized, and fully prepared prior to client move-in.
Mobile Detailing Services:
Maintenance Detail: Standard interior/exterior refresh and protection.
Signature Detail: Deep clean, steam treatment, and lasting exterior protection.
Inspection Grade Reset: Full interior restoration, clay bar treatment, upholstery spot treatment, and extensive steam cleaning.
We price strictly by the project-based on property/vehicle size and condition-to guarantee a result, not an hourly rate. You are purchasing our "Inspection-Grade" standard, not our time.
For Properties: We do not offer partial refunds if a highly efficient technician completes the project faster than an industry average.
For Vehicles (Excessive Condition Clause): Our flat-rate detailing prices assume standard vehicle wear and tear. Vehicles presenting with heavy pet hair, bio-hazards, or extreme neglect will require an immediate "Condition Adjustment" fee. Our operator will assess and quote this upon arrival before any work begins.
Properties: Electricity and running water MUST be turned on and fully functional.
Vehicles: We require a safe, legally parked workspace with enough clearance to fully open all vehicle doors. We cannot perform mobile detailing on busy main thoroughfares or in tight parking garage stalls without adequate clearance.
Failure to meet these requirements upon arrival will result in appointment cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage. Our technicians perform a "Liability Shield" audit upon arrival to document existing conditions.
Properties: We are not responsible for scratched glass, cracked stovetops, broken blinds, permanent carpet stains, or damage resulting from the normal cleaning of aged, brittle, or improperly installed fixtures.
Vehicles: We are not responsible for flaking clear coat, torn leather, peeling window tint, or loose interior trim that may become apparent once heavy dirt and grime are safely removed.
Property Access: Client must provide a lockbox code, hidden key, or be present at the start time.
Property Prep: For Move-Outs/White Glove, the unit must be empty of furniture and major trash. If furniture remains, we will clean around it but cannot guarantee results for obstructed areas.
Vehicle Prep (Personal Property Clear-Out): All personal belongings, trash, and valuables must be removed from the cabin, trunk, and compartments prior to our arrival. We will not clean inside heavily cluttered consoles and are not responsible for items left behind.
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a late-cancellation fee. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.
Standard Cleaning & Mobile Detailing: A $50 non-refundable deposit (or $50 late-cancellation fee) applies.
White Glove Move-In Services: A $250 non-refundable deposit is strictly required to secure your transition date.
We do not service properties or vehicles containing biohazards (animal or human waste, severe mold, blood, vomit), active pest infestations, or extreme hoarding/clutter conditions. If our technician arrives and deems the environment unsafe or unsanitary beyond standard restoration parameters, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the service and retain the deposit as a dispatch fee.
